Terms of service

Overview
This website, itwasout.co.uk, is operated by ITWASOUT FZE LLC, a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates ("It Was Out", "we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products
Our products are printed to order. We do our best to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary and small differences in colour and print placement are normal. Product descriptions, prices and availability can change without notice.

Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where available, and are confirmed at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at a wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to It Was Out. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Use of the site
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, or to interfere with its security or operation.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman.
